Oftentimes people ask me why is there such a sense of urgency about the message of Torah? Why is it so important for us today?

Torah is the lifestyle (walk) of Yeshua (Jesus Christ). Torah is a key to greater empowerment by the Holy Spirit. I believe in and teach the message of “Salvation” at Calvary, the atoning blood of Yeshua (Jesus Christ), and the infilling of the Holy Spirit.

However, it is ONLY Yeshua’s blood that has broken the power of sin and death in our lives, but as believers today, we have largely neglected and long ago forgotten the walk of “Redemption” – the redeemed lifestyle of following the Torah by the Spirit of Jesus Christ – the Spirit of God. Many believers today simply do not understand the importance of this message. They have never been taught the REDEMPTION COMPONENT of the Good News! They got saved, but they don’t truly know the Man Yeshua, His walk and His ways.

In His humanity, every part of Yeshua ‘s walk aligned with the laws of the universe.  Every step was synchronized with the sun, the moon, and the stars.  This synchronization is detailed in the Torah.  Yeshua lived, died, and rose again in accordance with God’s preordained timing, written in the Torah (the first five books of the Bible). Today, when you synchronize your walk with the Word of God (Torah), you are aligning your walk with Him!

Torah is traditionally understood as the first five Books of the Bible (in Greek: the Pentateuch), consisting of Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy, known by most theologians today as the “Law.” However, it is important to note and understand that approximately 85% of the New Testament is simply a repeat of the Torah, and in fact, the Book of Leviticus was the second most quoted Book by Yeshua (Jesus) in the Gospels. The Torah is the Instruction Manual – given to a redeemed people to teach us how to walk out a redeemed lifestyle. In the Hebrew mind “Torah” is called “the Spirit.” Torah is a system of immutable laws (like gravity) that work for saint and sinner alike.  God communicates to us through His Spirit speaking to our spirit and He uses His words, “Torah” to communicate His thoughts to us accurately.

As many of you already know, we all have sinned and come short of the glory of God, and many of you, like me, are experiencing the difficulties associated with the sins and transgressions of our ancestors.  Ancestors who did not know the Redeemed Lifestyle of the Torah.  As such, you, like me, are the first generation of people who are coming into God’s teaching and instruction.  You are called “the first fruits” or the “first born.”  Armed with the teaching and instruction found in the Torah you have the power to break the curse that has gone down to the third and fourth generation.  With instruction from the Torah, you will be able to recognize the manifestations of the curses passed down to you, and when you recognize them (because of instruction), you are empowered to stand against them and teach your children how to overcome them with the Torah.  Then your generations will be instructed and enabled to walk in the teaching and instruction of God so that when that curse comes down they will make the right choice, knowing exactly what to do in that instance.

We have been taught to “not like” the Old Testament, but that is because we have not had teachers willing to teach us HOW TO USE IT EFFECTIVELY in our lives.

I mentioned before that Yeshua quoted extensively from the Book of Leviticus.  One of the reasons for this is that if you know how to unlock Leviticus, you can unlock parables, principles and other understandings from the New Testament to reveal valuable truths for your life today.  Salvation is not the same thing as a lifestyle.  While I teach people salvation, I also teach them the lifestyle, because in that lifestyle is the enrichment that brings about true change in a person.  The New Testament scriptures teach that Yeshua was the Word of God Incarnate. It is the study of the Word of God — especially the Word of God Incarnate (Jesus Christ–Yeshua) which is planted in you by the Spirit that will cause you to have wisdom beyond your years.  This is my message to the Nations today.
