Always on call, they respond to unexpected needs and facility emergencies—from quick fixes to surprise plumbing situations—keeping STBM running smoothly behind the scenes.

Guest Care and On-Site Service for Speakers and Leaders

The STBM Hospitality Team provides dedicated service to honor and assist special guests, speakers, and leaders at STBM events. Acting as modern-day armor bearers, they anticipate every need—from preparing water and materials to ensuring comfort and readiness during live sessions. Global Education and Leadership Training

Educational Programs for Ages 0–15

The future rests within the hands of the next generation. Who will prepare them for this great responsibility? Implementing the state-of-the-art Simchat Torah Beit Midrash® Children’s Division within STBM, Ralph Messer is guiding a generation through study and training to enhance biblical culture, history, and economics in the character of children everywhere. With STBM-developed curriculum and materials directed toward multiple age groups, the STBM Children’s Division equips children, teens, and young adults to make the world a better place.

Leadership and Life-Skills Training for Teens

This dynamic course is designed for students ages 13 and up who are growing into adulthood and ready to spread their wings. It includes the ICTS™ Introductory Course (TLOG—Torah: Love and Order in God), A Beginner’s Guide to Understanding Wisdom, Torah: The Ancient Foundation®: Volume One, and concludes with a Master ICTS™ course—including videos on Learn A Little Hebrew. This program deepens the next generation’s understanding of biblical history and culture while introducing Hebrew language basics. It encourages personal growth through biblical values, charity, and kindness. Each class reaches multiple learning styles and builds confidence through study, teamwork, and presentation. The course culminates in a special graduation ceremony, celebrating every student’s unique calling and purpose.

This engaging program provides foundational Torah-based education for children of all ages through hands-on projects, story time, workbook activities, games, and crafts.
