If you are using an iPad or iPhone, try using a computer or laptop.
Make sure that you have the most updated version of Adobe Acrobat.
Try a different streaming platform: STBM Live, YouTube Live, or Facebook Live.

Do an internet speed test before you start! (If you have a hardline connection, it will be more reliable than a Wi-Fi network.) Go to www.speedtest.net to find the results of your computer. We recommend anything higher than 10 MB per second. If you are getting anything less than this, restart your router box and/or speak with your internet provider to make sure you are getting sufficient speed.
